Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setup Sales team & Distribution Network in respective territories.
∎ Preparing Business plans & Marketing Strategies.
∎ Prepare Market Report & sales report.
∎ Lead and Monitor the Sales Team.
∎ Providing proper guidelines to sales team to achieve sales targets
∎ Solve related problems
∎ Arrange the monthly sales meeting.
∎ Analysis for sales developing
∎ Propose different plans for increase sales
∎ Capability to work independently or in a group
∎ Manage existing and potential customers via personal sales visits,
∎ Manage existing and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Create & Launch different campaigns as per the market
∎ Train and develop the junior colleagues etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 67531 (Monthly)
