Responsibilities & Context:

Customer and Sales Support

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and help them find appropriate products, including clothing and accessories.

• Provide expert advice on product features, durability, and sizes; perform product demonstrations when needed (e.g., strollers, car seats).

• Accurately process sales at the point-of-sale, including cash, card, and other payment methods.

• Assist parents and expectant parents in creating and managing baby registries.

• Handle customer returns and exchanges according to store policy.

Store Maintenance and Operations

• Manage inventory: track stock levels, conduct counts, receive new merchandise, and ensure displays are neat.

• Maintain store cleanliness: sweep, dust, and arrange merchandise.

• Ensure store safety standards, particularly for children’s products.

• Restock shelves, attach price tags, and help create appealing visual displays.

Product and Company Knowledge

• Stay updated on new and popular products to provide accurate information to customers.

• Communicate current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to customers.
