Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Managing and leading the sales team to drive performance and meet objectives.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Monitoring market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and ways to expand market share.
Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on sales progress and strategies.
