Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the achievement of Primary & secondary yearly sales target.
∎ Monitoring daily sales activities of motivating them to achieve target.
∎ Work with Sales Team on the route level to motivate and inspire them.
∎ Setting sales target for individual and assigned team as a whole.
∎ Compiling and analyzing sales figures for the assigned area.
∎ Keeping up to date information with products.
∎ Ensure good relationship with our honorable clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Retail/Corporate Sales & Marketing
∎ Experience in a related field will consider much.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Business Development, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Retail Stores, Retail Shops, Sales.
∎ Demonstrated success in growing a mobile brand presence and sales.
∎ Fully proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with an integrated business smartphone.
∎ Demonstrated success in sales planning.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Performance bonus.
∎ Salary Review: Yearly.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 times per year.
∎ Other benefits as per company policy.
