Make qualifying and discovery calls turning them into opportunities for sales.
Having the ability to close sale opportunities
Build rapport, discover the clients challenges and goals.
Experience in closing techniques.
No cold calling involved.
Demonstrates advanced products knowledge
Contacting potential customers via telephone, email and face to face. Adhering to follow up processes and procedures.
Registering students using a HUBSPOT CRM system from start to finish
Taking responsibility for payments in order to ensure enrolment completed successfully
Liaising with students, providers and coordinators.
Identifying opportunities for new business within the market.
Building long term relationships with new and existing customers.
Ensuring all administration and records relating to sales are completed effectively.
Grow brand awareness and build relationships.
Assisting students with course information and general queries.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
2-3 years’ sales experience.
Education minimum of a Diploma and higher qualification (Degree preferable).
Ability to network and build relationships within the corporate and education sectors, and maintain relationships with current clients.
Technology:
HubSpot, Google Drive ,CRM and Business softwares.
Excellent telephone manner.
Flexible as per the requirements of the job.
Ability to work independently and meet daily /weekly/monthly targets
Ability to work under pressure
