Job Context:
∎ As the public face of the company the sales associate is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services the company offers. A sales associate is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies.
∎ Complaint handling is a critical part of this position. Turning a frustrated customer into a happy customer, while adhering to company policies, requires a combination of empathy and tact.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to understand products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
∎ The patience and ability to engage customers in conversations both face to face and over the phone.
∎ Positive & confident body language.
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
∎ Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotation F2F sales.
∎ Ensures the proper documentation is in place with the updated references.
∎ Convincing and helpful attitude.
∎ The ability to think on the go and improvise.
∎ Ability to excel in deadline-oriented, fast-paced, highly-regulated environment.
∎ Has a clear understanding of the location he has selected for.
∎ Has the art to be synced with the respective caller as well as potential customers to have seamless close looping.

Salary: Tk. 20500 (Monthly)
