Job Context

Fresh SuperMart, a retail chain under Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), is expanding its footprint by launching new outlets at Metro Rail stations. These outlets will provide customers with a convenient and high-quality shopping experience, offering a wide range of FMCG products, including groceries, beverages, and snacks. MGI is currently seeking for Sales Assistants who can uphold our service standards and contribute to the growth of the store, ensuring a convenient, high-quality, and customer-friendly shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers to create a friendly and welcoming shopping experience.

  • Assist customers to provide accurate product information and guide their purchase decisions.

  • Organize and arrange shelves to keep products well-presented and easily accessible.

  • Monitor inventory to report shortages and maintain optimal stock levels.

  • Maintain cleanliness and store organization to uphold hygiene and operational standards.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.

  • Receive and inspect deliveries to verify accuracy and product quality.

  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and smooth store operations.
