The position requires handling both online and offline marketing activities, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships in a competitive market.

• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, branding, and advertising activities.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
• Provide feedback for improving products and services.
