• প্রতিযোগিতামূলক বাজারে প্রতিষ্ঠানের পণ্য/সেবার প্রচার ও বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধিতে কাজ করা

• ব্র্যান্ডের পরিচিতি বৃদ্ধি ও গ্রাহকের আস্থা অর্জনে ভূমিকা রাখা

• অনলাইন ও অফলাইন উভয় মাধ্যমে সমন্বিত মার্কেটিং কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা

• নতুন গ্রাহক অর্জন এবং বিদ্যমান গ্রাহক ধরে রাখার কৌশল বাস্তবায়ন করা

• প্রতিষ্ঠানের ব্যবসায়িক লক্ষ্য (Revenue, Growth, Market Share) অর্জনে সরাসরি অবদান রাখা

• ডাটা-ভিত্তিক সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে মার্কেটিং কার্যক্রম উন্নত করা

Job Responsibilities (দায়িত্বসমূহ)

• বাজার গবেষণা করে গ্রাহকের চাহিদা, ট্রেন্ড ও প্রতিযোগী বিশ্লেষণ করা

• প্রতিষ্ঠানের পণ্য/সেবার জন্য কার্যকর মার্কেটিং পরিকল্পনা তৈরি ও বাস্তবায়ন করা

• ব্র্যান্ডিং ও ব্র্যান্ড পজিশনিং শক্তিশালী করা

• সেলস টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে লিড জেনারেশন ও বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি করা

• মার্কেটিং ক্যাম্পেইনের পারফরম্যান্স বিশ্লেষণ (Reach, Engagement, ROI) করা

• গ্রাহকের ফিডব্যাক সংগ্রহ করে সেবা/পণ্য উন্নয়নে সহায়তা করা

• প্রোমোশনাল ইভেন্ট, অফার ও ক্যাম্পেইন পরিচালনা করা

• নিয়মিত রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করে ম্যানেজমেন্টকে আপডেট প্রদান করা
