Responsibilities & Context:
- Applicant should have Capability of Marketing for Products: Stationery Items, Books, Toys, Gift Items, Educational Materials, etc.
- Ensure unit wise sales target.
- New dealer searching & Ensure dealer performance.
- Lead and Monitor the Sales Team (Stationary Section), Solve sales (Stationary Item) related problems.
- Propose different plans for increase sales.
- Train and develop the junior colleagues.
- Manage existing and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
