Education:

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• MBBS degree from a government-approved reputed medical college

• Must have valid BMDC registration

• Experience in Gynaecology C Obstetrics (preferred)

• Additional clinical qualifications/training will be given priority (CMU/DMU/CCD)

• Strong clinical competence and decision-making ability

• Smooth Computer Literacy

• Punctuality, honesty, and professional integrity

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work under pressure in emergency situations

Job Summary:

We are seeking three (03) qualified and dedicated MBBS doctors to join our clinical team. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing safe and effective patient care, particularly in Department of Accident C Emergency and IPD with practical experience in Gynaecology and Obstetrics.

Working Conditions:

• Duty Hours: 48 hours per week

• Shift Duration: 12 hours per duty

• Must be willing to perform night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Routine and Emergency cases.

• Perform and interpret Obstetric Ultrasonography (Pregnancy Profile) with proficiency

• Assist in Lower Uterine Caesarean Section (LUCS) as 1st Assistant

• Conduct Normal Vaginal Delivery (NVD) independently

• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to hospital protocols

• Salary: Negotiable (as per hospital policy)

Incentives:

• OT Assistance: BDT 500 per case

• Ultrasonography (USG): 20% share per scan

• Plaster Procedures: 10% share per case

• Accommodation and meals will be provided by the hospital authority
