Education:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Experience in reticulation, pipeline maintenance, or civil construction.
∎ Knowledge of reticulation system design, hydraulic principles, and pressure management.
∎ Knowledge of gas safety regulations and proper handling procedures.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, maintain, and repair reticulation pipelines and associated infrastructure.
∎ Conduct routine inspections to identify leaks, blockages, or system failures.
∎ Operate and maintain reticulation equipment such as pumps, valves, meters, and pressure regulators.
∎ Respond to emergency repairs and system faults promptly.
∎ Perform trenching, excavation, and backfilling to lay new pipes or repair damaged sections.
∎ Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and local authorities on system improvements.
∎ Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to remind them of overdue payments.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and agreements.
∎ Visit assigned locations to collect overdue bills from customers.
∎ Follow up on outstanding debts and escalate unresolved cases when necessary.
∎ Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and outstanding balances.
∎ Issue receipts and maintain accurate records of collected payments.
∎ Ensure all collections are completed within the designated timeframe.
∎ Follow up with customers who are unable to pay immediately.
∎ Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and debt collection laws.
∎ Report daily collection progress to the supervisor or accounts department.
∎ Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy cylinders willingly.
