Job Context:
∎ A Store Manager is responsible for store operation, daily & monthly sales, Staff management. Inventory management, He also responsible for customer service, implement all circular & maintain over all store activities in standard way.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve store daily sale target.
∎ Morning briefing to discuss the daily objective & action Plan.
∎ Should have knowledge about Business.
∎ Should have knowledge about inventory management.
∎ Ensure standard customer service.
∎ Deposit daily cash to the bank.
∎ Update Daily store expenses.
∎ Take monthly stock inventory.
∎ Update store stock & cash account.
∎ Evaluate performance of sales staffs and take actions if needed.
∎ Settle customer complain as per company policy.
∎ Renew all kind of legal documents.
∎ Properly maintain daily administrative work
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Sound knowledge of computer literacy in Microsoft Office & POS system
Salary:
∎ Fixed Salary.
Monthly sales Commission on sale.
Different types of Incentive program.
