Job Context:
∎ Retail Operation is responsible to lead and manage the existing retail acquisition team and also installation team. He will be responsible to acquire small and medium scale retail stores as per the criteria set, manage LED/ LCD screen deployment, perform/ organise QA/QC, raise work orders for fiber/ internet connectivity, ensure screen ON time and prepare necessary reports etc.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquire retail shops, sign agreement, disburse payments to retail shops
∎ Retail Acquisition survey, retail Acquisition and advertising screen operation.
∎ Conduct necessary surveys, perform analysis and develop deployment strategy as needed
∎ Ensure proper support both remotely and by field visits to ensure proper screen uptime
∎ Must have own bike and will require to travel extensively within assigned area for acquisition and operation
∎ Perform necessary troubleshoot, 4G routers/ fiber connections and vendor management
∎ Ensure proper quality installation of internet, digital screens, boxes, routers and cables
∎ Prepare necessary reports as per business need

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 -3 years working experience working with retail/ food or transportation OR Retail Acquisition OR FMCG Distribution experience OR Market Activation experience
∎ Previous team leading experience required
∎ Have great attitude, equipped with negotiation skill and analytical mind
∎ Hard working, smart and ambitious
∎ Proficient with Excel, Word and report writing ability
