∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, IT Enabled Service

Job Context:
∎ 24/7 USA Time Zone based Roster Duty.
∎ Monthly 2 Weeks Night Shift if required.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate Must have 2-5 years of experience in Residential Apprisal Report Development field.
∎ Selected Candidate has to perform Data analytics, market research, management process, and Residential Appraisal Report Development work based in the USA appraisal companies.
∎ Need to supervise the Appraisal Report Development Process of the Data Analyst (DAs).
∎ Has to perform QC & Review the report developed by the DA.
∎ Has to perform the Revision of the submitted report based on the client’s feedback.

∎ • Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; excellent written communication skills in English
∎ • Should be willing to work according to shift plan of the organization considering we are open 24/7, with exception of female candidates to align with our cultural notes.
∎ • Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
∎ • Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated the commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
∎ • Capable of working under minimal supervision with a high level of initiative, energy & enthusiasm for learning
∎ • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
∎ • Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 50000 (Monthly)
