Job Responsibilities:
∎ Air Ticket Reservations: Handle air ticket bookings for clients, considering their preferences, travel schedules, and budget constraints. Utilize reservation systems to secure the best flight options.
∎ Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and provide expert advice on flight options, seat preferences, and ancillary services.
∎ Sales and Upselling: Promote additional services such as travel insurance, airport transfers, and accommodation to maximize revenue while enhancing the client's travel experience.
∎ Booking Management: Ensure timely and accurate processing of air ticket reservations. Coordinate with airlines, travel agents, and other service providers to confirm bookings and resolve any issues.
∎ Fare Calculation: Calculate fares, taxes, and fees accurately, taking into account any special discounts, promotions, or loyalty programs.
∎ Documentation: Assist clients with travel documentation, including visa requirements and passport validity.
∎ Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, changes to bookings, and any issues that may arise before, during, or after the journey.
∎ Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of client information, reservations, and payments, ensuring data is organized for reference and reporting.
∎ Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on air ticket sales, revenue generated, and client feedback.
∎ Compliance: Stay up-to-date with airline regulations, ticketing policies, and safety procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have advanced knowledge on GDS system such as Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus.
∎ Must have good knowledge on Microsoft Word & Excel.
∎ Must have good typing skill on both Bangla & English.
∎ Knowledge with Graphic design or Digital Marketing will get preference.
∎ Good at fluent in speaking English and also writing.
∎ Female Candidate are encouraged to apply.
