Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS (Sabre, Galileo & Others), Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes...
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, and others accordingly.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, vacation packages, and visa processing.
∎ Provide accurate and up-to-date travel information, including fares, promotions, and restrictions.
∎ Process bookings, ticket reservations, and visa applications efficiently using reservation systems.
∎ Must have knowledge of Airlines terms and conditions and ADM/ ACM policies.
∎ Upsell additional services like travel insurance, airport transfers, and visa assistance.
∎ Assist customers with visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
∎ Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management.
∎ Collaborate with team members to coordinate travel arrangements and visa processing.
∎ Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Well trained in Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo (GDS)
∎ Previous experience in travel industry reservations or similar role.
∎ Strong sales and customer service skills.
∎ Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
∎ Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
∎ Knowledge of visa processing requirements and procedures.
∎ Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
