Job Context:
∎ Manage a lot of incoming and outgoing calls as well as email promptly.
∎ Determine the needs of the consumer, make information clear, investigate each problem, and offer remedies or alternatives.
∎ Check and respond to each reservation`s email correspondence.
∎ Maintain updated travel advisory for international bookings.
∎ Communicate within cross-teams to resolve when any issue arises.
∎ Familiarity with call handing & e-mail responses and practices.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Utilize Galileo GDS to book flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
∎ Assist clients with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations.
∎ Provide expert advice on travel itineraries, fare rules, and options.
∎ Collaborate with airlines and suppliers to secure the best possible rates and availability.
∎ Ensure accuracy in booking details and travel documentation.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
∎ Keep up-to-date with industry trends, airline regulations, and fare structures.
∎ Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
∎ Resolve booking-related issues efficiently and professionally.
