Job Context:
∎ Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is a non-government development organization founded in 1958 by Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah, an eminent educationist, reformer and Sufi with the aim of social and spiritual development of entire human community. DAM has been contributing for the betterment of the disadvantaged population through operating 35 institutions and also 8 sectors of development. Health & WASH Sector is one of the core sectors of DAM which has also been operating 9 institutions and 16 donor funded projects.
∎ DAM Health & WASH Sector is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individual for the position of Junior/Assistant Accounts & Admin Officer for Road Safety Projects. It`s a Dhaka based position which will act as the key person of finance operations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the field activities through appropriate planning and execution like Train field staff;
∎ Monitor and ensure quality data/sample collection, Resolve field related issues etc. as per protocol;
∎ Collection of biomarker/ biological specimens from study sites, receive specimens from field team with appropriate document and sample processing in the laboratory
∎ Supervise data and sample collection activities of field staff, arrange proper sample transportation and organize training, meeting and workshop when necessary;
∎ Monitor and track consumption of resources in order to execute research protocols and interventions, and conduct high-quality research;
∎ Mentor and train staff on-the-job in the field; Provide feedback to supervisor on team members' performance in order to have a strong and motivated team, conduct extensive field visit, if needed;
∎ Review the Case Report Forms (CRF) collected from the field and take initiative to collect the missing information and supportive documents, visit the households of study participants if required;
∎ Write an initial report, based on own analysis, experience and understanding of the work and also support in preparing the final report for submission to scientist after discussing with all team members;
∎ Transport and deliver samples to lab on time;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 03 years of experience in public health research.

Salary: Negotiable
