Education:

Bachelor’s degree in international development, business, economics, IT, Media and Communication or a relevant field with a CGPA of 3.5 and above. A master’s degree is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in graphics design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, or similar software.

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with research methodologies, report writing, and academic publishing.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to present data clearly and effectively.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with web design, video editing, or animation is a plus.

• Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).

• Familiarity with information technology support.

The RA position at the BRAC Business School (BBS) is a multi-faceted role that requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who will be able to contribute to both core research activities and the design of visually engaging reports and documents, providing a more holistic approach to communication and dissemination of information.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop contents and facilitate in circulation of the relevant contents in website or social media platforms of the school during events.
• Provide support for IT related tasks during conference, events and related activities of the school.
• Assist in facilitating online meetings and provide technical support required during events.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, academics, or industry partners to ensure deliverables are met.
• Assist in maintaining official communication with key internal and external stakeholders, including funders/sponsors, international university partner(s), regulators, industry representatives and potential executive education providers.
• Plan, design, and execute executive education programs.
• Maintain adequate documentation.
• Assist to develop and manage the BBS research grant portfolio, and usage of funds.
• Work with the research team to identify potential activities.
• Assist to prepare concept notes, project proposals, and budget guidelines, and submit them in due time.
• Assist to establish detailed systems and procedures for the management of research grants activities.
• Support research activities of the center and school.
