Job Responsibilities:
∎ To support the work of the Registry Planning and Information Unit
∎ To work on the creation, development, collection, organization, interpretation, distribution and evaluation of data, information and reports useful for effective assessment of student learning outcomes, policy and planning formulation and decision making.
∎ To support the implementation good practice with data governance and the maintenance of data quality
∎ Design, collection, analysis, presentation, and communication of demographic and academic data about the university as well as the trends of higher education in general
∎ Acting as Deputy to the Head of Registry Planning and Information
Additional Requirements:
∎ Administrative experience at least 3 years, preferably in higher education.
∎ Strong critical thinking, analytical and communication skills - written and oral)
∎ Ability to produce high quality written and data reports.
∎ Methodical approach to work and high level of attention to detail.
∎ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to work with a diverse group of colleagues and external stakeholders is essential.
∎ Understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively across departments and service areas.
