Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the field forces and tracking their daily activities.
∎ Monitoring zone wise, product wise sales target VS. Achievement of respective Region, Zone, Base.
∎ Tracking route plan / visit plan of the field forces
∎ Preparing daily / weekly / monthly sales report.
∎ To process invoice / bill and other related activities.
∎ Any other job assigned by reporting officer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7-8 years field experience in Kitchen Appliance/ Electrical Appliance Sales & Monitoring.
∎ Minimum 2 years experience as Regional Sales Manager.
∎ Other Requirements:
∎ Good written and oral communication skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good personality
∎ Multi Tasking work capabilities
