Bachelor/ Master degree from any discipline (Science up to HSC is preferable)

• Minimum 3-4 years working experience as a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at any reputed pharmaceuticals company

• Must have management and leadership skills

• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Ability to develop & implement workable plan in each territory through team member Ability to work efficiently under pressure

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Implement company`s marketing & sales strategies and achieve targets through monitoring & guiding Area Managers in assigned region

• Build & nurture relationship with healthcare professionals to influence prescription pattern & sales

• Successful implementation of long term and short-term sales strategies in the field

• Should have analytical skills & "Can Do" attitude and positive frame of mind for executing sales strategy

• Executive action plan for sales to growth to achieve business objectives

• Willingly to take responsibility monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target achievement of assigned region Organize regular field visit to demonstrate company`s all products to the market place

• Honesty, sincerely and intensity towards the company and himself
