∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development and implement effective sales strategies of cosmetic and toiletries products.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast.
∎ Perform research and identify new potential customer and opportunities.
∎ Plan, arrange and execute promotional activities for all products.
∎ Visiting territories to ensure that sales forces are getting proper coaching, guidelines, motivation and support.
∎ Organize the distributor to place the product smoothly.
∎ Motivate the team to achieve high standard and target fixed by the management.
∎ Dealer Setup and monitoring.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationship with distributors and key retailers.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in FMCG sector.
∎ Capable of handling extreme pressure.
∎ Ability of preparing reports as required by the management.
∎ Ability to complete several task at the same moment.

Salary: Negotiable
