Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify competitive situation and market variables in the field.
∎ Frequent personal communication with all concerned.
∎ Assist sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ Monitor the product wise daily performance.
∎ Conduct monthly meeting and ensure everyone's presence.
∎ Review the development status of new product.
∎ Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve the target.
∎ Allocate the promotional materials and ensure proper distribution.
∎ Analyze and report monthly sale outcomes.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in FMCG sector.
∎ Capable of handling extreme pressure.
∎ Ability of preparing reports as required by the management.
∎ Ability to complete several task at the same moment.

Salary: Negotiable
