∎ Bachelor/Master degree from any discipline (Science up to HSC is preferable)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement company's marketing & sales strategies and achieve targets through monitoring & guiding Area Managers in assigned region;
∎ Meet sales objectives, manage and monitor projects, conduct sales, coaching sessions and performance evaluation of Area Managers & MPOs;
∎ Ensure successful implementation of long term and short-term marketing strategies in the field;
∎ Explore new avenues for the development of business and for the improvement of business operation in the region;
∎ Be proactively alert to issues related to competitors' activities;
∎ Act in line with company business ethics and compliance;
∎ Should have analytical skills & "Can Do" attitude and positive frame of mind for executing sales strategy;
∎ Have ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having minimum 3-4 years working experience as a Regional Sales Manager at any reputed pharmaceuticals company
∎ Good communication skills both in English & Bangla
