Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science (MSS). Preferably Sociology.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 5 Years in field level.
∎ The candidates are able to drive motor bike with valid driving license to go field visit frequently.
∎ Having excellent interpersonal skills, report writing in English with computer proficiency.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and work in a team and be flexible in challenging situation.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in English spoken and writing reports along with computer proficiency are other pre-requisites and able to pick up the problematic ideas from among the rural poor and contribute to achieve the ESCR, Civil & Political rights.
∎ Experienced on Land rights and Mobilization will get preference.
Salary: Tk. 24000 (Monthly)
