∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
∎ High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
∎ Must be smart and presentable.
∎ Good communication skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.
∎ Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role (experience in real estate preferred).
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Suite and general office equipment.
∎ Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner. Manage phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
∎ Schedule and confirm appointments for real estate showings and meetings.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
∎ Support office staff with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
∎ Assist with property listing details and client follow-ups as needed.
∎ Location: House: 58, Road: 20, Sector: 11, Uttara Time: 10 am to 7.30 pm
