Responsibilities & Context:
Full Time / Part Time
Welcome all guests/visitors and respond to their queries by providing necessary information.
Handle all phone calls with greetings in a professional way and transfer the calls to the right person.
Receive & maintain all documents and dispatch them to the concerned end by keeping records.
Manage seating arrangement for guests & visitors in the waiting room until the concerned person arrives.
Receive & distribute necessary letters.
Call forwarding & receiving in reception.
Ensuring the assigned area is clean and tidy.
Any other job assigns by the management time to time.
