Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
∎ Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
∎ Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
∎ Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
∎ Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding our products or services.
∎ Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
∎ Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote the brand.
∎ Collaborate on promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
∎ Assist in organizing events, workshops, and other promotional activities.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any field
∎ Proven experience in reception, customer service, consulting, or marketing roles.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
