Responsibilities & Context:
- অফিস সময় : সকাল ১০:০০ টা থেকে রাত ০৯:০০টা পর্যন্ত। শুক্রবার সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি।
- Greeting visitors.
- Managing security and telecommunications systems.
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
- Transferring calls as necessary.
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Maintain Petty cash & others.
