Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and foster positive communication with patients, attendants, and visitors.
Professionally handle and resolve queries and complaints to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction.
Manage the hospital`s public relations, including coordinating events and promotional activities.
Assist the management in preparing necessary reports and maintaining records.
