Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Public Health
∎ MBBS with a master’s degree in public health or equivalent;
∎ Skills Required: MBBS, public health

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Team Leader in preparing M&E strategy and plan and implement surveys;
∎ Assist Team Leader in the coordination and management of the project, including designing survey methodology, developing survey instruments, training, and field activities in relevant areas;
∎ Liaise, collaborate, and consult with all project partners and beneficiaries, arrange and attend meetings producing reports/minutes of meetings as necessary;
∎ Plan and administer health facility surveys and monitoring surveys;
∎ Data management and report writing of health facility surveys and periodic monitoring surveys;
∎ Maintain administrative and financial records and participate in general office administration;
∎ Provide training to the field staff; monitoring and supervision of field work;
∎ Assist Team Leader in designing data entry package, data management and analysis, and report writing;
∎ Staff management and linkage with different governments, NGO, and donor agencies;
∎ Disseminate survey findings and provide feedback to the stakeholders for decision making.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in designing and implementing health-related survey instruments. Preference will be given to those with experience in household surveys, health facility surveys and monitoring of health facilities; Ability to manage, organize, and facilitate training for the survey team for data collection on health issues; Experience in using computer packages and programs; previous experience using HMIS and GIS will be preferred.

Salary: Negotiable
