Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Acting as the first contact point to reach MD;
∎ Maintaining all appointments and meeting schedules of the Managing Director (MD) and updating him regularly;
∎ To contact all stakeholders/communications on behalf of MD through email, phone calls, and other social media;
∎ Screening and taking note from all telephone/mobile calls of the MD and conveying information;
∎ Concocting and publicizing different business letters to different overseas and local concerns as per directions of MD;
∎ Preparing meeting minutes and other secretarial notes on different issues concerning MD;
∎ Following-up actions on pending important issues;
∎ Reminding the Manager/Executive of important tasks and deadlines;
∎ Accompanying MD in the time of visiting different establishments and taking notes;
∎ Notifying MD of upcoming events and formulating necessary arrangements;
∎ Maintaining confidential Papers, files, and agreements;
∎ To contact with concerned Govt. and non-govt. organizations for any documentation purpose;
∎ Maintaining and updating a database for all communication of MD into Outlook:
∎ Arranging protocol service, visa, air ticket booking, and hotel reservation-related activities of MD according to pre-schedule;
∎ Any other secretarial tasks relevant to this role given by MD;
