Responsibilities & Context:

Job Category:

We are looking for a potential Candidate, who will handle all sorts of Administrative as well as Accounts related tasks of the Chairman of a Reputed Group with proper reporting to the Chairman as and when required.

Job Descriptions:

  • Managing schedules and appointments of the Chairman and updating him regularly.
  • Contacting all stakeholders (if required) and communicating on behalf of the Chairman through email or phone calls or other ways.
  • Following-up any issues of the Chairman.
  • Maintaining confidential papers, files, and agreements of the Chairman's work.
  • Looking after VISA, air ticket, and hotel reservation-related activities of the Chairman according to pre-schedule.
  • Handling all sorts of personal Accounts of the Chairman.
  • Maintaining and updating a database for communication of the Chairman.
  • Have to move inside Dhaka as per requirements.
