Responsibilities & Context: Job Category:
We are looking for a potential Candidate, who will handle all sorts of Administrative as well as Accounts related tasks of the Chairman of a Reputed Group with proper reporting to the Chairman as and when required.
Job Descriptions:
- Managing schedules and appointments of the Chairman and updating him regularly.
- Contacting all stakeholders (if required) and communicating on behalf of the Chairman through email or phone calls or other ways.
- Following-up any issues of the Chairman.
- Maintaining confidential papers, files, and agreements of the Chairman's work.
- Looking after VISA, air ticket, and hotel reservation-related activities of the Chairman according to pre-schedule.
- Handling all sorts of personal Accounts of the Chairman.
- Maintaining and updating a database for communication of the Chairman.
- Have to move inside Dhaka as per requirements.
