Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle the client's expectation from inception to completion of their chosen online solution through clear communication via email, phone and face to face.
∎ Lead a blended team of web developers to deliver the client's chosen online option. This means ensuring the team understands the brief, work efficiently across all projects they are assigned to, to ensure agreed time frames are met.
∎ Train clients on their chosen products
∎ Assist your team where needed to populate content and troubleshoot issues
∎ Identify upsell opportunities for the sales team.
∎ Customer relationship management
∎ Customer Training

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent time management skill is a must.
∎ Ability to organise a team
∎ Very well organised and must be able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
∎ Excellent and effective communication skills
∎ Quick learner, self driven and self motivated
∎ Must be a good team player to work with a bigger projects team and ability to work autonomously.
∎ Ability to coordinate multiple teams to get a single outcome.
∎ Ability to translate a problem or solutions to multiple levels.
