Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Fisheries/ Marine Science/ Aquaculture/ NRM/ MBA/ Environmental Science/ Social Science/ English/ Statistics.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the Project Leader in managing all project activities for better implementation.
∎ Generate the conditions and enable the processes leading to high-quality results, including technical and financial reporting and sub-award/contracts management.
∎ Arrange and provide necessary inputs in cash and kinds to the beneficiaries in the project sites in recommendation of the field research team and prior approval of the Team Leader.
∎ Coordinate all WorldFish partners and generate synergies among various project components and teams.
∎ Coordinate and monitor the compliance of sub-contracts.
∎ Generate the conditions and processes to comply with donors and WorldFish's policies.
∎ Assist the Project/Team Leader in weekly / quarterly / annual report writings and others.
∎ Conduct the processes of annual planning and quarterly / annually reporting at a national level.
∎ Convene, conduct and follow-up WorldFish's Technical Support Committee meetings / workshops / training programs.
∎ Assist the Project Leader to work with other USAID and WorldFish projects to help ensure proper coordination and synergies at the field level.
∎ Performs any other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ This job is open to Bangladesh Nationals with the following skills and qualifications:
∎ At least 5 years' experience in large scale donor funded project management environments.
∎ Extensive experience of program / project management with a proven track record of timely submission of high quality project deliverables.
∎ Experience in participatory planning and development techniques and livelihoods approaches in support of natural resources management or community development projects.
∎ Excellent planning and organizational skills with an ability to handle conflicting priorities against a backdrop of hard deadlines.
∎ The ability to write and present clear, concise and convincing reports and strategies.
∎ Excellent communications and technical skills, fluent in both spoken and written English with excellent presentation skills
∎ A self-starter, innovative attitude able to apply initiative problem solving techniques to new, challenging situations and an ability to prioritize. Effective self-management and motivation.
∎ Strong analytical skills with demonstrable evidence of turning management information into a program of continual improvement.
∎ Experience in the use of project management resource tools such as MS project, risk management and benefits management.
∎ Willingness to travel domestically on a regular basis, and occasionally internationally.
Salary:
∎ This is a Nationally Recruited Staff (NRS) positions with annual salary ranging between BDT 1,712,110 - BDT 1,763,473 per annum. WorldFish`s NRS shall receive comprehensive benefits including (but not limited to) insurance coverage for staff and eligible dependents, and pension/ provident fund contribution.
