Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning & Strategy: Define project goals, scope, and timelines in line with business objectives.
∎ Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, design, logistics) and ensure task allocation.
∎ Resource Management: Manage budgets, resources, and third-party vendors to ensure project success.
∎ Timeline Management: Ensure projects are completed on time, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
∎ Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
∎ Quality Control: Oversee product testing and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
∎ Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and report on project progress.
∎ Platform Optimization: Ensure smooth e-commerce platform functionality, UX/UI improvements, and system integration.
∎ Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and analyze data to optimize performance.
∎ Post-Project Review: Conduct post-launch assessments and ensure ongoing support and improvements.
