∎ Job Description:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the smooth operations of our luxury commercial building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising teams across multiple divisions, including security, housekeeping, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), front desk, parking management, pest control, landscaping, and façade cleaning. Key responsibilities include maintaining all electro-mechanical systems, ensuring optimal building functionality, and managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with service providers. The Facility Manager will play a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of service and safety within the facility.

∎ Education: BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE)
∎ Experience: 3-5 years (preferably in Facilities Management Service Company)
∎ Skills:
∎ Proven experience in facility management or a related field.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ In-depth knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures and regulatory requirements.
∎ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Basic Microsoft Office skills.
