Job Responsibilities:
∎ Programmatic responsibilities:
∎ Diligently pursues project aims, as described in the application
∎ Manages project personnel
∎ Completes progress and other required reports
∎ Initiates timely requests for prior approval for changes when required (e.g. change in scope of work, re-budgeting, or reduction in committed effort)
∎ Leading the preparation of work plan and budget for the activities required to be conducted to achieve outcomes.
∎ liaising with Executive on any organizational matters
∎ Compliance responsibilities:
∎ Ensures accurate and timely effort reporting for project as require
∎ Discloses conflicts of interest when required
∎ Ensures integrity of project
∎ Administrative / Fiscal responsibilities:
∎ Develops proposals in compliance with guidelines and policy when require from DAM
∎ Initiates the routing and obtains appropriate approvals prior to proposal submission
∎ Monitors project's financial status
∎ Manages project within budget limits
∎ Approves expenditures and day to day expanses of project
∎ Assures that expenses incurred are allowable, reasonable, and allocable to the project to which they are charged
∎ Seeks prior approval for budget changes when required from Director-Health Sector
∎ Reviews final financial statements
∎ Assists with accounts receivable collections as needed
∎ Program Performance management and capacity development:
∎ Monitoring the project activities routinely.
∎ Plan/review progress and prepare performance report of all project area what will prepare Area managers.
∎ Identify staff training needs; ensure need-based training for respective groups/individuals timely and appropriately.
∎ Provide/Plan on the job training, coaching and mentoring to the project staff.
∎ Ensure and promote team spirit among the staff members and maintain gender sensitivity.
∎ Information management:
∎ Liaison with partner organization (GO/EU/Technical Partners/ other NGOs) both at central and local level to introduce/update project strategy and activities also assess program expansion activities in consultation with program coordination unit of DAM-Health Sector and Director of Health Sector.
∎ Regular coordination with HQ –NGO related officer for NGO affairs bureau and submission of documents as per needs.
∎ Organize annual learning reflection workshop with HQ team.
∎ Develop linkage with other stakeholders like other Nutrition program implementing partner and other NGOs etc.
∎ Finalize monthly, quarterly and project completion reports with assistance of Area Manager and other staff members of PEPSEP project
∎ Effectively coordinate with partner’s staff to ensure smooth and effective implementation of PEPSEP project in all respects.
∎ Uphold Host organization values and compliance organizational principles:
∎ Internalize and practice of organizational core values and principles.
∎ Ensure compliance of DAM policies at all aspects.
∎ Promote appropriate organizational culture and be role models for other in the team and other partners
∎ Attend different types of meeting , workshop assign by DAM
∎ Attend monthly staff coordination meeting and share progress of project
∎ Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 (five) years working experience in Health relate field.
∎ Experience in Quality Assurance and supportive supervision is highly desirable.
∎ Preference will be given to those who have experience in European Union supported project implementation.

Salary: Tk. 79998 (Monthly)
