Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate degree with relevant experience preferably in Psychology/ Sociology/Social Welfare/Social Work discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor day to day activities, overall strategic planning and implementation of the project and also the Deputy Team Leader during his absence.
∎ Leading a team of professionals towards achieving the project target.
∎ Coordination with other partner of project along with the prison authority
∎ Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders like Prison authority, DNC, Youth department and other government, private, corporate and NGO service providers for reintegration.
∎ Monitor and Implement Sentence Planning Piloting as a part of the prison as a correctional center
∎ Take initiative to make partnership with other stakeholders
∎ Develop an activity plan for the project in line with GIZ contract agreement and set target
∎ Supervision and monitoring of staff, their activities, progress of the project, oversight management, and reporting.
∎ Proper documentation of project activities and capture best practices along with monthly and quarterly reports.
∎ Leading the strategic planning, managing and implementation of the project activities in a timely manner.
∎ Team management and coordination, team stimulation and motivation and make the team member responsible to achieve individual tasks and duties.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in the development area.
∎ Candidates willing to contribute to project activities
∎ At least 3-4 years’ experiences in the coordination, advocacy, liaison with Govt. stakeholders. This person should have a strong capacity of training and workshop planning, organization and facilitation skills and will be adding additional value. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Authority.
∎ Experience with prison seeting will add additional value

Salary: Tk. 76402 (Monthly)
