Job Responsibilities:
∎ Program Management and Coordination:
∎ In close collaboration with PM, Project Coordinator will play a lead role in developing Project Proposal, Activity Plan and Detailed Implementation Plan for each year and update quarterly.
∎ Regular on site visit and support implementation of plans.
∎ Support Child Protection Coordinator and Case Management Coordinator in implementing Child protection activities in MPC/AdC and Case Management in camp level.
∎ Follow-up with Child Protection Coordinator/ Case Management Coordinator/ Centre Managers/ Case Managers and Data Analysis Officer and verify the accomplishment in physical.
∎ Support camp management to organize MPC/ AdC activities and case management activities and track and monitor the progress.
∎ Identify gaps and needs and support to CP team to overcome those gaps in operation.
∎ Ensure proper use of MPC materials through on spot monitoring and provide guidelines and support to MPC staffs and Case Management team.
∎ Planning to organize project coordination meeting and various meeting in camp level with the assistance of CP staffs.
∎ Support camp recruitment including volunteer and necessary preparation.
∎ Manage active support in field assessment and monitoring visits from donor and other Official.
∎ Manage all project resources and equipment and ensure working and maintained properly.
∎ Maintain implementation and reporting standard and overseeing the work at different level.
∎ Monitor program activities are implemented according to established program principles with adequate community participation.
∎ Provide adequate direction and support to the field level stuffs to ensure better coordination at that level.
∎ Maintain office and beneficiary secrecy and guide staffs to behave proper.
∎ Monitor program components including MPC, AdC and Case Management
∎ Follow up the training package, module and material development.
∎ Monthly meeting participant with Community Based Child Protection Committee (CBCPC) and community member.
∎ Communication and rapport building with Community Based Child Protection Committee (CBCPC) reformation of community if necessary.
∎ Assist Coordinators to develop and updating the training manual, curriculum and materials as per TNA with programme package assist by Project Manager
∎ Responsible programmatic compile report of respective MPC and submit to Project Manager.
∎ Responsible to reconcile inter project fund management.
∎ Human Resources Management:
∎ Build and nurture effective teamwork in the Camps that is conducive to staff retention
∎ Assist staff recruitment process for Camp staffs.
∎ Ensure all camp level Child Protection staffs comprehends and effectively pursues the goal, objects and results of the program.
∎ Assist lo conduct and oversee annual staff performance appraisal for all field level project staff.
∎ Assess needs and provide staff with skill development opportunities for ensuring maximums contribution toward achieving program goal and objectives.
∎ Initiate appropriate disciplinary measures to the concerned staff when required in consultation with Project Manager.
∎ Attend different capacity building activities, meeting, training and workshops.
∎ Administration & Finance:
∎ Monitor expenditures (monthly, quarterly and yearly).
∎ Assist PM in budget preparation and tracking
∎ Submit all requisition to PM and ensure well received
∎ Managing staff time and support periodical audit
∎ Ensure HR management
∎ Coordinate & ensure effective administration and finance.
∎ Representation, Communication, Coordination & Reporting:
∎ Responsible for all camps related information recording, store, update, verification and cross check.
∎ Ensure timely production of all field level reports.
∎ Represent CODEC camp level Safety Security focal and ensure despising project and Staff security issue.
∎ Receive and approve monthly work plan of Case Management Coordinator / Child Protection Specialist / Information Management Specialist
∎ Conduct monthly field coordinate on meeting to review and assessment of the progress.
∎ Planning and attend coordination meetings at Field offices.
∎ Maintain effective coordination with field level stuffs.
∎ Maintain liaison with camp office level Government Official/NGO officials’ local elite and other key formal and informal leaders in the area.
∎ Keep the communication channel open to the relevant staffs to provide support and to receive support.
∎ Help Camp team to develop and maintain such linkages with Government Official/donor/other agencies and utilize the best services/facilities.
∎ Attend, guide and coordinate visitors and represent CODEC and EPRC.
∎ Periodical check of Centre infrastructure and take necessary measure with the advice of PM
∎ Coordinate all types of program visits by different stakeholders.
∎ Attend all coordination meeting and share meeting result/findings to CP staffs and management
∎ Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication in English (Spoken & Writing)
∎ Understanding of Rohingha Language
∎ Project formulation / Preparation.
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision-making.
∎ Planning and financial management skills
∎ Team building, HR management skills
∎ Excellence skills on dealing with beneficiaries and communities.
∎ Supportive supervision and motivation skill.
∎ Field level monitoring skill.
∎ Skilled in documentation, facilitation, presentation & reporting.
∎ Motorcycle driving skills and willing to drive motorcycle in the field with valid driving license.
∎ Skills using commonly used software MS Word, MS Excel, Power point, internet and email communication

Salary: Tk. 120000 (Monthly)
