Job Responsibilities:
∎ Females are highly encouraged
∎ 3-5 years' experience in a development organization in Finance/ Budget and Administration;
∎ Computer proficiency on MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point;
∎ Excellent knowledge on record keeping;
∎ Preparation of different routine reports;
∎ Ability to work in a team, participatory planning, good interpersonal skill, organizing and problem solving abilities, coaching and mentoring;
∎ Prepare and maintain the Books of Accounts.
∎ Good understanding on Finance Manual, Travel Policy, HR Policy and Procurement policy
∎ Follow the finance & administration related rules and regulations in the implementation part
∎ Prepare daily accounts and document receipt and expenditure of the project fund
∎ Preparation of budget, budgetary control and variance analysis
∎ Update list of asset as per policy and procedures
∎ Prepare reports as per the project & organization need
∎ Ensure logistic support as per the organizational rules and procedures
∎ Maintain HR document according to org & donors compliance
∎ Manage and payment of Tax & VAT accordingly govt. rules in relation to the project
∎ Provide timely financial support to all types of activities where financial transaction require such procurement /training/orientation/workshop on community mobilization & awareness training on different issues specially on community engagement and resilience
∎ Preparation and submission of financial progress reports to respective authority
∎ Preparing Salary payment according to the policy
∎ All type of Finance transaction entry using quick book.
∎ Computer Operational skill, MS Office Application including typing preferably in English and Bengali both, E-mail & Internet.
∎ Willing to deal with challenges and frequently field visit as needed
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to take initiative where appropriate to deal with difficulties encountered in daily work

∎ Age at least 25 years
