Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting or Finance from a reputed public/private university.
∎ CA Course completed will be preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain books of accounts and record-keeping of the project as per accounting system.
∎ Preserve all necessary documents and records related to project accounting.
∎ Report on the daily cash balance.
∎ Maintain Fixed Asset Register and Stock Registers of project.
∎ Support for administrative affairs of the project, especially with regards to the procurement of goods, materials, equipment and staff matters.
∎ Prepare payment to the vendors with proper approval from appropriate authority
∎ Review account related total project assets and expenses
∎ Report to management regarding the remaining funding available for projects
∎ Close out project accounts upon project completion
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age: Around 30 year(s) (Conditions may be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates)
∎ Minimum 5 year(s) experience in the relevant field.
∎ Should be self motivated, dynamic, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in computer Accounting Software (TALLY ERP9) and computer literacy.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts & Finance & Tax relevant jobs.
∎ Can do and get it done attitude.
