Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obey team decisions and strictly follow the official rules and regulations.
∎ S/he has to work in a team.
∎ As a Programmer, s/he will be responsible for handling and managing critical aspects of development.
∎ Develop and implement the code architecture as per the organization standards and requirements.
∎ Perform code review, unit testing.
∎ Helps to enforce best coding practices in the team.
∎ Provide suggestions and be a part of the critical technical decisions during the development process.
∎ Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
∎ Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing the documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
∎ Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
∎ Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
∎ Protects operations by keeping the information confidential.
∎ Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
∎ Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years of working experience in Java web application development.
∎ Must have experience with Java web platform.
∎ Experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Cassandra database.
∎ Working experience in Open Source Software redesign, development, and Customization such as OpenMRS/Bahmni will get preference
∎ Sound knowledge of Java Web Application.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of Java SE, J2EE.
∎ Must have experience in Spring and Hibernate, Html-5, CSS, JavaScript jQuery, Ajax, angularJS.
∎ Knowledge in Groovy on Grail, Python, Apache Maven will treat as exceptional.
∎ Have to be good knowledge in Linux (Preferred)
∎ Should have good project portfolio in Java development work (Please provide project references for details and links).
∎ Have to understand technical documents and business process.
∎ The candidate having good communication skill in English will be treated as a plus point.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
