Job Context:
∎ The Job brief:
∎ We are looking for a Java Developer-Fullstack (Java and React) with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. Java developer roles and responsibilities include managing Java/Java EE application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.
∎ Java developer responsibilities include designing, developing, and delivering high-volume, low-latency applications for Crystal Technology Bangladesh Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge of back-end development using Java and Spring framework using (Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud).
∎ Experience with RESTful services, API design, and documentation.
∎ Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) , SQL, NoSQL, and ORM technologies (Spring data JPA, hibernate).
∎ Development experience using Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) and automated testing to take the product to the next level.
∎ Experience with build script Maven and git as version control.
∎ Expert knowledge of ReactJS and Angular JS.
∎ Expert knowledge of NPM, Yarn, Webpack, Babel and JS build processes.
∎ Expert knowledge of styling with CSS, including CSS-in-JS
∎ Practical knowledge of Git, Github.
∎ Practical knowledge of test automation in frontend projects
∎ Ability to deliver software according to requirements
∎ Genuine passion for coding, UI/UX design.
∎ Proficient understanding of web mark-up, including HTML5, CSS3.
∎ Proficient understanding of JavaScript.
∎ Technical Requirements:
∎ Contributing and taking part in software and architectural development developing well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
∎ Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
∎ Troubleshooting and resolving reported issues and replying to requests on time.
∎ Preparing and producing releases of software components.
∎ Producing detailed software design documentation.
∎ Improving the code quality by implementing best practices.
∎ Recommending changes to improve established java application processes.
∎ Maintain a strong work ethic and professionalism at all times.
∎ Ensuring the International Standard Text Code (ISTC) in regard to applying software design documentation & Coding.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Having experience in Open source software (such as OpenMRS. Odoo, OpenElis) development is a plus & will be given preference.
∎ Having experience in developing microservice applications is a plus.
∎ Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
∎ Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM is a plus.
∎ Having a basic idea of the CentOS server is preferable.
∎ Strong teamwork/ environment is mandatory.
