Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline with strong ICT skills (Social Work /Social Welfare/ Phycology /Sociology/Social Science is preferable
∎ At least 2nd Division / Class in all public examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Improved capacity of selected Schoolteachers, Co-workers and Volunteers to conduct digital sessions.
∎ Responsible for Improved capacity of SOS Hermann Gmeiner College Bogura and community schools to operationalize digital education.
∎ Responsible for Improved access of children to digital education.
∎ Enhanced ownership of local and national government authorities on ICT based education in targeted schools.
∎ Co-ordinate and implement the programme as per project design and in line with the organization Mission, Vision & Values.
∎ Implement plan for achieving the goal of the programme and develop regular progress reports
∎ Network with Project Partners, Contact and maintain liaison on regular basis with government bodies, schools and college, and other educational institutions for the interest of children & youths of the locality.
∎ Maintain regular contact with Project beneficiaries, support them according to project design, and maintain records.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of Experience in NGO and INGO at programme implementation level.
∎ Good knowledge on Digital Education and tools (like PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, google meet etc.)
∎ Good communication skills, proactive and ability to work as a team.
∎ Sensitivity to gender issues.
∎ Willingness to work with children following child protection policy of the organisation.
∎ Strong interest in the needs and development of children.
∎ Strong moral character and good physical & mental health.

Salary:
∎ BDT 35,000.00. (Consolidated)
