The Programme Assistant in the BID4CJ team will support project implementation and management by coordinating with partners and external consultants. Additionally, this role involves communication, budget planning and management, report writing, and event organization, ensuring comprehensive support for partners and consultants as part of the Project Management Unit (PMU) team. The Programme Assistant will ensure the following tasks are met: Assist in daily project activities and communication with partners.Help draft activity Terms of Reference (ToRs), project Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP), Annual Development (AD) plan, project budgeting, and reporting.Aid in planning meetings, workshops, and events under the project, and compile meeting reports.Support logistical arrangements, including field arrangements, for the project team as needed.Ensure effective and regular coordination with partners and consultants.Represent Oxfam and engage in negotiations with local authorities and various forums.Conduct regular field visits to the project site and prepare initial monitoring reports.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per Oxfam National E1 pay band, starting annual salary for this role is BDT 569,997.00 (13 months) with other benefits e.g., medical for self, spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave, life insurance, mobile allowance, and other admissible benefits as per the organizational policy. For highly competent & experienced candidates the salary can be negotiable.
