Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in Aquaculture/Fisheries or related discipline with experience in inland capture fisheries management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ This position will be based at WorldFish`s Office in Sunamganj, Bangladesh.
∎ The successful candidate should be available to commence by September 2019 for an initial ten (10) months temporary contract, with the possibility of contract renewal depending on performance and funding availability.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the method of collection and ensure data accuracy for all information collected from project participants by respective Community Enumerators.
∎ Facilitate and conduct relevant training for all Community Enumerators including frequent coaching and mentoring support.
∎ Coordinate with SMS fisheries and other employees to get information on fisheries management related activities in the sample water-bodies.
∎ Assist senior staffs and finance team to submit timely financial report to donor.
∎ Verify data sheet, data encoded, data entry, data checking and primary analysis.
∎ Prepare data tables.
∎ Prepare short monthly report issues and events of the assigned water-bodies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of experience in relevant activities could be flexible in case of higher education.
∎ Able to work with minimum supervision, setting priority of work, meeting deadlines, solving problems and making timely and appropriate decisions.
∎ Able to work hard and have motivation for frequent field visit with motorbike.
∎ Proficiency of spoken and written English.
∎ Strong in essential computer software/packages for database management and data analysis and also presentation preparation.
∎ Experience in private sector, NGO, aquaculture and fisheries development field.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to assists team and manage different event.
∎ Committed and motivated.
∎ Own a valid motorbike driving license.

Salary:
∎ This is a ten (10) months temporary position with salary ranging in between BDT 32,000 to BDT 34,000 monthly.
