∎ Project planning and proposal writing.
∎ Develop and implement Environmental and Social Management Frameworks (ESMF).
∎ Integrate climate resilience and social safeguards into project design, especially for vulnerable communities.
∎ Monitor and evaluate environmental and social risks, ensuring adaptation & mitigation measures are effectively applied.
∎ Engage with communities to promote inclusivity and equitable benefit sharing.
∎ Prepare reports & Conduct field visits.
